Since 1999, The Rardin Companies has grown from one restaurant to 38 McDonald's locations across 8 Maryland jurisdictions, built on outstanding service, investing in people, and strengthening the communities we serve.

In 1999, Scott Rardin opened his first McDonald's, the Fort Meade restaurant in Laurel, which he still proudly owns today. A second-generation Owner/Operator, he carries on a family legacy built on dedication to the brand and the people it serves.
He was all in from day one. When Scott moved into his first apartment after buying that restaurant, his nightstand was a McDonald's fry box.
Today the organization spans 4 operating companies and 38 restaurants, led by people who came up through the business themselves.
The early yearsThe restaurants are held across 4 companies. Every one of them runs to the same bar for food quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
Operations, training, people and technology, led by directors who know the business from the kitchen up.
